I’m a journalist and student at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. I transferred to Temple after graduating from Northampton Community College in 2008 with an Associate’s degree in journalism. During my two years as a journalism student at NCC I served as a staff reporter and Editor-in-chief.
My foray into Web journalism started in my sophomore year when I dove head first into the flurry of technology and functionality with new ways to share information and reach readers. I started implementing these ideas as editor and I left a groundwork that I hope will continue.
Currently I’m teaching myself a bit of Flash and CSS design in order to engage an audience with a story they either need to know about or want to know about.
When I’m not in front of my computer or iPhone I’m either plucking away at my electric bass, cycling or attempting to take interesting photographs.
